Registration for presenting delegates has now closed!
You can still register to attend the conference without presenting.
Kindly read the whole message carefully before moving to the registration form at the bottom of this page.
There are six tiers of registration fees, as follows:
All presenting delegates must be registered by 15/09/23 in order to finalize the program on time. If you have not registered by this date, your submission will be removed from the program.
For non-presenting delegates the registration system will remain open until 15/11/23.
In case of cancellation before 15/10/23, we will refund 50% of the conference fee. After that date we will be unable to refund your fee. If you need to cancel your participation in the conference, kindly send us an e-mail to email@example.com with the message title ‘cancellation + name + surname’.
Conference fees include a reception after the opening ceremony on 6 December, as well as coffee breaks and lunch on 7 and 8 December.
An optional conference dinner will be organized on December 7th. Information about the conference dinner will be published here soon.
Delegates who are not affiliated with Ghent University will receive a payment link within the confirmation e-mail they receive when completing the registration form.
For delegates who are UGent employees and wish to pay the conference fee from an UGent budget , we can make use of internal transfers. In other words, we will directly transfer the money from your own UGent budget to that of the conference. For this reason, you will need to provide the budget location upon registration. You will receive a confirmation once we have made the transfer. Since we will complete the internal money transfers en masse, this can take a while.
